We believe in helping our customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that are mentioned or sold on our website that includes offers for occasions like Holi, Diwali, Independence Day, etc, limited occasion offers and Discounted Items / coupons, special offer products therefore cancellations are not possible.

The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the products.

Only after the verification is done your query/ complaint or questions will be resolved as soon as possible.
Refund of amount paid for purchase completely falls under the company’s web department rights to return in the form of payment or the store / website credit.
Refund or cancellation is subjected to verification done at companies end which can require proof of Delivery receipt / bill / confirmation messages and emails along with some purchase related questions to verify and authenticate for processing refunds or cancellations.
